RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS On completion of this reservation, you will have a place reserved at the Rialta Residence for the academic year 2025-2026. You may state any particular preferences in the corresponding section and we will make all efforts to assign you to the desired room type, subject to strict order of reservation and room availability for the academic year 2025-2026. The person making this reservation shall pay a reservation deposit of €500 to Residencia Rialta (Fundación María José Jove). In the event of renouncing the reserved place, this amount will not be refunded. Should any resident fail to take up residence within the period stipulated by the management and fail to provide written notice of their intention to arrive outside the stipulated periods, it shall be understood that they are waiving their right to the reserved place and the Residence may use it at their convenience.
